Effective date: September 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of Mainstreet Pipeline ("Mainstreet," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" means that company.
Mainstreet offers two related offerings:
Unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing, Mainstreet does not place calls, send emails, or contact prospects on your behalf, and does not book meetings for you. The product requires your action: your team reviews research and drafts and decides what to send, to whom, and when.
You are responsible for your own external communications. Emails, calls, and other outreach sent using research or drafts from the service are yours, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to them — including email, telemarketing, and do-not-call rules in the jurisdictions where you and your recipients are located.
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to use it for spam, harassment, deceptive practices, unauthorized scraping or abuse of third-party systems, or any illegal purpose.
Property, company, and contact research — and any recommendations, scores, or signal interpretations we provide — are informational. Commercial data can be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. We work to keep it useful, but we do not warrant that any particular building, contact, email, phone number, or opportunity is accurate or will produce business. Verify what matters before you rely on it.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at mintis@mainstreetpipeline.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Some features rely on third-party services — for example, connecting your own Gmail or Outlook account for drafting, or integration and research providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and connecting one is your choice.
Fees for the software or managed services are those shown at checkout or in a written order form or agreement between you and Mainstreet. If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed order form, the order form controls for the subject it covers. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, subscriptions are month-to-month and you may cancel before the next billing period.
We own the service — the software, design, and content we create. You own your data: your account information, your pipeline, and the outreach you write or approve. Research reports and territory maps we deliver to you under a paid engagement are licensed to you for your internal business use. You give us the rights needed to process your data to operate the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, use the service unlawfully or abusively, or create risk for us or other users. Where practical, we will contact you first. You may stop using the service at any time.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise any particular business outcome, number of meetings, or amount of revenue.
To the extent permitted by law, Mainstreet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service provider is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the current version, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of material changes.
