Who we are

Mainstreet Pipeline ("Mainstreet," "we," "us") provides commercial business-development software and related services for service businesses — software your team uses to map commercial buildings in a territory, research decision-makers, track buying signals, and draft outreach.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to mintis@mainstreetpipeline.com.

Information we collect

Account and workspace information. When you create an account or workspace we collect identifiers such as your name, work email, company name, and the configuration details you provide about your trade, service area, and team.

Research and business-development data. The product exists to research commercial properties, companies, and business contacts on your behalf. We process company, account, and contact research (such as property-management companies, facility contacts, emails, and phone numbers) and your business-development activity (buildings saved, outreach drafted, pipeline status) to provide the service.

Usage and technical data. We collect standard technical information about how you use the site and app — pages visited, actions taken, device and browser details, and approximate location derived from IP address — to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Email Cowork and connected mailboxes

The Email Cowork feature is optional. If you enable it, you explicitly connect your own Gmail or Outlook account and grant access yourself.

When drafting a message, Mainstreet queries only the message context relevant to that draft — it does not read your entire mailbox, and it does not automatically send email. Every draft requires your review and your action to send.

Mailbox access tokens are handled by the third-party connector provider that manages the Gmail/Outlook connection. Those OAuth tokens are not stored as plain tokens in the Mainstreet database.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Provide and operate the software and managed services you signed up for
  • Research properties, companies, and contacts at your direction
  • Draft outreach and organize your pipeline
  • Respond to your requests and provide support
  • Secure the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems
  • Improve and develop the product

We do not sell your data

We do not sell customer data or prospect/contact data as advertising data. We do not share your workspace's research, pipeline, or contact information with advertisers.

Service providers and subprocessors

We use third-party service providers to run the product — including hosting and infrastructure, database, authentication, integration/connector, and research and data providers. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their part of the service to us.

We choose providers we believe are reputable, but we do not represent that any provider holds a specific certification unless we have verified and stated it.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When in-app deletion and export controls are available, you can use them directly. Otherwise, contact us at mintis@mainstreetpipeline.com to request deletion or export of your account data, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational controls to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but protecting customer data is something we take seriously.

Scope

Mainstreet Pipeline is a United States–focused service. Our product, research coverage, and data practices are oriented toward US-based businesses and US commercial data. We do not currently market to or target users outside the United States.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, make reasonable efforts to notify active customers.
